Andrew Tananbaum is the Executive Chairman of Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). He acquired the company with Perry Capital, an investment management company, in 2005. From 2005-2010, he served as CBC’s President and CEO.

Prior to joining CBC, Andrew was President and CEO of Century Business Credit Corporation. During his tenure at Century he assisted in taking the company private and was also responsible for its growth into the seventh largest factoring company in the U.S. Andrew sold the business to Wells Fargo in 1999.

Previously, Andrew worked for The Merban Corporation, an international emerging market debt merchant-banking firm and as an associate for Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Andrew also served as a law clerk to a United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Andrew received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association.

Marc Adelson is the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). Previously, Marc worked at CIT Business Capital for nearly a decade where he developed a number of asset based lending businesses and grew assets to more than $7 billion.

Prior to CIT he held positions at Heller Financial, as Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Based Lending, as well as at Citicorp and Security Pacific Business Credit. Most recently he led the financial restructuring practice at Getzler Henrich & Associates.

Marc has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, CUNY. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.

Robert P. Grbic is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit Officer of Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). Robert Grbic has more than 30 years of commercial lending experience, and has been with CBC since 2005. Previously, Robert served as Senior Executive Vice President at CBC where he was involved in creating a hands-on, best-practices credit culture, as well as helping the Company expand its client portfolio.

Prior to joining CBC, Robert was Managing Director at Morris Anderson & Associates LTD, a turnaround consulting firm. He also co-founded MetSource Capital, LLC, a restructuring and corporate finance firm specializing in working with small- and medium-sized companies. In addition, he served as an Executive Vice President at GMAC Commercial Credit, LLC and BNY Financial Corp. He began his career at Bankers Trust.

Robert is a member of the New York Society of Financial Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research. He has served as an instructor for the Finance, Tax and Law Department at the NYU School of Continuing Education.

He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Pace University.

Tri Sciarra is Executive Vice President and Los Angeles Regional Manager at Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). In this role, he is responsible for handling client relationships and manages accounts dealing in annual company revenues ranging from $1 million to over $100 million.

A 33 year veteran of the factoring industry, Tri has broad experience lending to companies in the apparel, accessories, textile, home furnishings, manufacturing, distribution and finance industries.

Tri’s background includes management positions with SunTrust Bank, Bank of America and Bankers Trust. At these organizations he worked in various capacities including portfolio and administrative management, operations management, risk management as well as financial reporting and control.

Tri holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the California State University at Los Angeles.

Allen Vogel is National Asset Based Lending Portfolio Manager and Executive Vice President at Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). Allen has been with CBC since 2008 and has held several roles, including New York Region Leader for asset based lending and factoring.

Prior to working at CBC, Allen served as the Senior Vice President of asset based lending at Wells Fargo Credit Corporation, formally Century Business Credit Corporation.

David Conley is Executive Vice President and National Credit Manager at Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). In this role he handles all customer credit and works closely with CBC’s customers in China on the Supplier Early Payment Program (SEPP).

David has been with CBC since 1993. He began as a Manager in the company’s apparel industry segment and was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager in 2000. He was promoted to National Credit Manager in 2007.

Prior to joining CBC, David was a Credit Analyst at Congress, Bankers Trust and William Iselin.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from St. John’s University.

Charles Sharf is Executive Vice President and New York Factoring Portfolio Manager at Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). Charles runs the Company’s commercial services division, which encompasses factoring and credit products, in the New York region.

Previously, Charles was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Rosenthal & Rosenthal, a traditional factoring business. In this role he was responsible for a material portion of the Company’s factoring and credit business, as well as client origination. Prior to Rosenthal & Rosenthal, he served as Assistant Vice President at Bank of New York Commercial Corp.

Charles has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Malcolm Ferguson is the Charlotte Regional Manager at Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). In this role he manages the client portfolio and oversees the business development effort.

Malcolm has been with CBC since April, 2007. Prior to joining CBC, Malcolm was a Director at GMAC CF. In this role he was responsible for monitoring client portfolios and sustaining positive relationships with borrowers to ensure retention of accounts and maximize returns. He also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Manager at CIT as well as a Vice President and Team Leader at GE Capital, Commercial Finance, Inc.

Malcolm holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Appalachian State University. He has also successfully completed the North Carolina Certified Public Accountant examination and has a series seven securities license.

Michael Fortino is the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Company’s finance and IT departments. Previously, Michael served as General Manager of CBC.

Prior to joining the Company, Michael was Chief Financial Officer at Levenger Co., a multi-channel retailer of high-end writing instruments and organizational products.

He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Temple University.

Ron Schwartz is an Executive Vice President in charge of operations at Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). He has been with the Company for more than 10 years. In addition to overseeing operations, he is significantly involved in the financing and accounting activities of CBC.

Ron has been in the factoring industry for more than 35 years. During this time he has held senior positions in accounting, operations, client administration and also led system development projects. Prior to his time in the factoring industry, Ron worked in public accounting for eight years.

Ron has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College, City University of NY and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bill Drmacich is a Senior Vice President of Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC). Bill is charged with expanding the market presence of CBC throughout the Southeast U.S. Prior to joining the CBC team in 2011, Bill worked at Regions Business Capital, CIT Business Capital, GMAC Commercial Credit and HSBC.

After working in New York in the early years of his career, Bill has been in the Atlanta and Southeast markets for over 15 years.

Bill has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Masters of Business Administration from SUNY at Buffalo. He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.

Donald Norman recently joined CBC in the Los Angeles office as Vice President, Account Executive.  Don brings many years of diversified experience in the factoring industry with such familiar names as Heller Financial, Finova Capital and GMAC where his responsibilities included administrative client services, operations, and client portfolio management. Most recently, Don had experience in the staffing industry, operating a medical staffing agency in a multi-county area where his responsibilities covered every aspect of the business.

Don has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Joseph Pepe is the Senior Vice President in the New York Region with over 30 years of Factoring experience whose roles include managing a portion of the client portfolio and new client development.

Joe came to Capital Business Credit though the acquisition of Omni Commercial where he was a SVP and Portfolio Manager for 11 years. Prior, he held positions as Account Executive and Wholesale Credit Manager at Capital Factors, Assistant Credit Manager at Bankers Trust Factors and a Senior Credit Analyst at Burlington Industries.

Joe holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Finance from Mercy College.

John Canfora is a Senior Vice President at Capital Business Credit.  John co-manages the business development efforts in the Northeast for all CBC products, including Asset Based loans, factoring and Trade Finance.

Previously, John has held sales and management positions at several banks, including Continental Illinois Bank and Wells Fargo, as well as finance companies.  John’s experience also includes equipment finance & leasing in the U.S and in England.

John has a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi Suffolk College and a Masters Degree in Finance from Xavier University.

He is a member of the Commercial Financial Association and the Turnaround Management Association.

Peter Provenzale is a Senior Vice President of CBC.  Peter is marketing CBC’s product base throughout the Northeast primarily through referral contacts and direct calling.

Prior to joining CBC, Peter was business development manager and officer at Wells Fargo, Fleet and CIT for over 30 years.

Peter has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Francis College (Brooklyn).

He is on the Board of the TMA (NJ Chapter), the NJ CFA & an active member of the ACG.

Bill Frank is Vice President and Account Executive in the Los Angeles, CA office of Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC) and manages client relationships and is also involved in new business development.

A 30 year veteran of the factoring and finance industry, Bill has served in various positions at Citicorp, Security Pacific Business Credit and L.A. Gear before joining CBC in 1998.

Bill has a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College, CUNY.

Dan Maner joined CBC in 2005 and is the SVP of New Business in North Carolina.  He oversees factoring new business calling efforts in southeastern & southwestern states ( Md. to Texas)

Dan has 25 years experience in commercial finance & factoring with large US Banks; First Union, Bank of Boston, SunTrust Bank.

Dan is a graduate of the Univ. of Richmond ( A.H. Robbins School of Business)

Teresa Huang is the Vice President of New Business Development for Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC).  In this role she is charged with expanding the market presence of CBC throughout western region of U.S. and the Asian community.  With over 15 years of experience in the factoring industry, she believes that cash flow is the key to growth, sustainability and most of all, the backbone of any successful businesses.

Prior to joining CBC, Teresa was the Vice President of developing new businesses as well as Account Executive responsible for monitoring client portfolios at various factors and a bank.  She also has experiences as an operations manager for an importing company and domestic distribution.

Teresa is a member of Asian Business Association.  She is also active in her community as she serves as a Board of Director for the Cerritos Chinese School.  Teresa holds a Master of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a BS in Operations Management.
